Screening and skills checks: We discuss your experience, availability and work rights, and use practical checks to identify your strengths and training needs. Tell us about equipment you have used, workplaces you have cleaned and any certificates you hold.
Real workplace training: Practical preparation helps you understand cleaning routines, equipment care, task sequencing and the standards expected on site. Workplace familiarisation and feedback help you build confidence before taking on unfamiliar duties. Site-specific induction and supervision needs are discussed with the employer.
Online training: Ask us about learning options for cleaning fundamentals, workplace communication and refresher topics. Tell us if you prefer online learning, hands-on practice or both. We will discuss available options, access arrangements and any fees before you book.
